A few pics from my stay with Kirsty in Norfolk

I think most of you know that I went to visit the lovely Kirsty (from The Overflowing Library) in Norfolk last week so I thought I'd share a few pics showing what we got up to while I was there.

Cromer Pier

I got to see the sea!  Probably not very exciting for Kirsty as it's a 10 minute walk from her house but it must have been at least a year since I last went to a beach so I enjoyed it.

We went shopping in Norwich and had the crazy idea of sticking our feet in a bowl full of fish so they could chew on our toes!

It was really freaky and tickled like mad when they decided to swim between your toes!  I don't think I could bring myself to go back & do it again lol.

I think Kirsty's face in this picture sums up the experience perfectly :o)

We spent a day at Wroxham Barns feeding all the animals which was fun but left me with sunburn (I'm still sore now!) and managed to fit in going to see Harry Potter & the Deathly Hallows part 2.  Oh and I also found out what happens when you drop your phone on concrete!  Luckily the very nice staff at the Apple store gave me a replacement.

Whoops!

I had a fab week involving far too much food and came home with way too many books after Kirsty let me loose on her shelves!  Thanks so much to Kirsty for inviting me, I never expected to make such a good friend when I first started blogging :o)  Without a doubt meeting some of the other UK bloggers has been the biggest highlight of the last year and a half!
