Review:
These Incredibuild models seem to be getting easier and easier to make (not that any of them have been particularly hard!) but the Thestral only had about 20 pieces so it didn't take any time at all to put together. I will say you need to be extra careful removing the thinner pieces (the legs and tail in particular) from the board as it would be easy to break them but I managed fine so it only needs a little patience. I've been happy with all of the Incredibuild models I've made so far, they're simple but effective and I think they look great on my bookcases.
I don't usually talk a lot about the booklets they come with because they're so small but they always come with fun facts about the particular creature you're building and include both movie images and artist illustrations. Thestrals have made appearances in the Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts movies so it includes some info about both.
I still think these are great gifts for Potterheads and I'm determined to collect them all eventually.
