2014 New Author Challenge

This is my fifth year taking part in the New Author Challenge hosted by Literary Escapism.  As much as I have many favourite authors on my auto buy list I still love to discover new authors.  This is also great to discover both brand new and well known authors that I haven't got around to trying yet.

2010 - I tried 104 new authors
2011 - I tried 115 new authors
2012 - I tried 130 new authors
2013 - I tried 96 new authors

I really want to focus on finishing up some of those series that I'm halfway through this year so I think I'm going to reduce my goal for 2014 to 50 new authors.
