December 2014 Recap

First I'd like to say HAPPY NEW YEAR everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and that 2015 brings you everything you could wish for. I can't believe that today is the fifth anniversary of when I started my blog. I never thought I'd keep at it for more than a couple of weeks let alone five years but I've had such a wonderful time and now I can't imagine stopping. I've met so many wonderful bloggers, publicists and authors since I started blogging and I want to thank you all for making it such a fantastic experience - it's down to you that I've stuck with it for so long :o)

2015 Romantic Suspense Reading Challenge

The 2015 Romantic Suspense Reading Challenge is hosted by The Book Vixen and if you'd like to take part you can sign up here.

I've noticed in the last few months that I seem to be reading more romantic suspense than I ever did before so I've decided to join this challenge for the first time and see if that encourages me to read even more.

2015 Contemporary Romance Challenge

The 2015 Contemporary Romance Reading Challenge is hosted by The Book Vixen and if you'd like to take part you can sign up here.

This is will be my third year taking part in the contemporary romance challenge and I'm really looking forward to it. My tastes have definitely changed over the last couple of years and I'm still devouring romances as quickly as I can get my hands on them!

2015 New Author Challenge

This is my sixth year taking part in the New Author Challenge hosted by Literary Escapism.  As much as I have many favourite authors on my auto buy list I still love to discover new authors.  This is also great to discover both brand new and well known authors that I haven't got around to trying yet.

2015 British Books Challenge

In 2011 the British Books Challenge was created by Becky at The Bookette, in 2012 it was Kirsty at The Overflowing Library's turn to run the challenge, I hosted it myself in 2013 and 2014 but the baton has now been handed to Michelle at Fluttering Butterflies for 2015.

2015 Read 100 Books in a Year Challenge

For the last few years I've loved taking part in the Read 100 Books in a Year Challenge that is usually hosted by Carolyn at Book Chick City. I can't find any sign up info for 2015 though so I've decided I'm just going to create a page to track my own books. If I find an official challenge to join later then I'll update this page with sign up details in case you want to join me.
